ATI Update 67642 Released
by Todd ManningToday, we've released ATI Update 67642 for the BreakingPoint Storm CTM 2.0 operating system, as well as updates for operating systems 1.2 (ATI Update 67315) and 1.5 (ATI Update 67355).
This ATI Update is heavily focused on updates to the security strikes available to BreakingPoint customers, adding close to fifty new strikes, bringing the total number of security strikes to 4,581. Coverage added this week includes strikes targeting vulnerabilities against software from Microsoft and Adobe. Additionally it has a handful of strikes targeting open source software and even a strike from the "This Old Vulnerability" pile, the oldschool TCP LAND attack.
Microsoft coverage includes MS10-041, MS10-045, MS10-038, MS09-067, as well as strikes for vulnerabilities in IE and IIS. The Adobe coverage added this week targets the recent Acrobat Reader /LAUNCH vulnerability, as well as a set of strikes that incorporate a way to bypass Adobe's patch for this vulnerability.
