Des Wilson, Chief Executive OfficerAs Chief Executive Officer and a member of the BreakingPoint Board of Directors, Des Wilson brings more than 20 years of leadership and a strong track record of building high growth technology companies. Before joining BreakingPoint, Wilson served as CEO at Axel Johnson Inc., a $3 billion privately owned corporation with interests in the technology, energy, and environmental sectors. Wilson’s knowledge of the network and application security and performance assurance industry was developed over the course of a 14-year-long career at Hekimian Laboratories Inc., a leading supplier of network management and test systems for telecommunications service providers. Wilson was ultimately selected to lead the company as Chief Executive Officer. Under Wilson’s leadership, the company was acquired by Spirent Communications, and Wilson was appointed President of the Spirent Service Assurance Division. |

Dennis Cox, Chief Technology OfficerDennis Cox co-founded BreakingPoint in 2005 and serves as its Chief Technology Officer. At BreakingPoint Cox is responsible for technical direction, security research and engineering. Cox, who has more than 15 years of industry experience bringing high-performance network devices to market, is also the author of numerous patents on various topics from IP Spoofing to Network Processors. Previously, Cox was one of the founders and the Director of Engineering at TippingPoint. Responsible for product direction at TippingPoint, Cox created innovations in intrusion prevention systems (IPS) and saw the company through its acquisition by 3Com in 2005. Cox is also a frequent contributor to online technology publications and a highlighted speaker at technology events. |

Craig Cantrell, Chief Operating OfficerAs co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, Craig Cantrell heads up customer service and support, as well as product quality assurance. Cantrell's industry experience as a developer of network equipment provides a unique perspective into customer needs. Jon Dorton, Chief Financial OfficerJon Dorton joined BreakingPoint with more than 15 years of finance experience helping to lead high-growth technology and service provider organizations. During his career, Dorton has witnessed firsthand the challenges business managers face when it comes to ensuring network security and resiliency. At BreakingPoint, he is responsible for all finance, accounting, human resources and compliance functions. Most recently, Dorton served as the Chief Financial Officer of FundsXpress Financial Network, an application service provider offering a full suite of outsourced Internet-based financial services. Dorton has also worked for leading organizations such as KPMG, LLP, and Ernst and Young, LLP. |

Keith Brewer, Vice President of Hardware Development and OperationsLeveraging more than 23 years of engineering design and management experience, Keith Brewer leads the development and manufacturing of BreakingPoint’s high-performance products. Brewer has an impressive track record of bringing high-speed network products to market for companies such as General Bandwidth, Cisco, and NetSpeed. He holds numerous patents in packet switching technology and degrees in both electrical engineering and computer science from Rice University. |

Stephane Johnson, Vice President of International SalesStephane Johnson leads BreakingPoint’s international sales team which includes direct sales support offices in the United Kingdom, France, Israel, and China. Johnson was most recently Vice President of Business Development at Symmetricom's QoE Assurance Division. Prior to Symmetricom, he served in senior executive sales, business development, and international sales management positions at Spirent Communications/Netcom Systems, where he ended up managing a worldwide sales team of 250 employees with sales of $350 million. Johnson's experience also includes sales positions at Phillips Communication, Experdata, and TITN. He received a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University. |

Jim Alnwick, Vice President of North American SalesJim Alnwick is a senior sales executive with more than 20 years of success in developing worldwide sales organizations in the telecommunications industry. His experience spans the spectrum from building a sales department from the ground up and taking sales for a start-up from $0 to multiple millions in just a few months, to streamlining and developing new strategies for Fortune 100 companies while booking upwards of $250 million in revenue. When implementing his overall sales strategy, Alnwick adheres to his strength in team and channel development while properly defining and executing sales strategies. Prior to joining BreakingPoint, Alnwick served as Vice President of Monitoring Sales with Empirix and before that Worldwide Sales Manager for Agilent. Alnwick has also helped build successful sales processes and organizations with Hekimian (now Spirent), HP and Harris Corporation. Jones has more than 20 years of experience in infrastructure technology with start-up and business turnaround experience, including his past position as vice president of sales and channel development at NetSolve. At NetSolveJones helped lead the company to an acquisition by Cisco Systems where he subsequently spent 6 years in the Advanced Services arena and most recently as the Senior Director for Cisco’s Unified Communications Center of Excellence.
